Hume Panda Blue is a bagged Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) that meets MS EN 197-1:2014 CEM I 52.5N. It is made from high-quality raw materials using a unique grinding process, which Hume says gives consistent performance, ease of use and superior strength. It is Hume's cement for structural concrete and precasting, supplied in 50kg bags.
