Hume Panda Yellow is a Portland Limestone Cement (PLC), a blended bagged cement that meets MS EN 197-1:2014 CEM II/B-L 32.5N. Hume formulates it to reach the required strength with better workability. It is a general-purpose cement for bricklaying, plastering and other everyday construction work, supplied in 50kg bags.
